24 Hours Claims Service Line.

This free service line allows both you and your clients to lodge claims at any time. No claim forms are necessary, making it paper free, and hassle free.

Excess Waived.

  • If we haven’t responded to the claims lodgement within 48 hours on business days; or
  • If payment is not received by your client within 5 business days of us agreeing to pay.

Claims Settlement.

Choice of Repairer – Wherever possible, we allow your clients to choose their repairer as we understand that sometimes they prefer a specialist or local repairer.
Our Preferred Method – Cash settlement, as this will allow your clients to proceed as they wish.
